How can I change the team name and company name?

You can update the organization name at any time through the Customer Portal:

  1. Go to Account > Settings
  2. Edit the name under the Name section
  3. Click Update

You can also update the company name for your invoices through the Customer Portal:

  1. Go to Billing > Invoice Address
  2. Edit the name under the Company Name section
  3. Click Save Changes.

Once updated, your new organization name will appear in the Customer Portal and will reflect on the invoices if the Company Name is updated.

Note: This change does not apply retroactively to previously issued invoices.
